1. Our Commitment
The Carrier Hub Ltd is committed to making The Carrier Hub accessible to as many people as possible. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard.
We know some parts of the Platform are not fully accessible. We are working to improve this.
2. What We Have Done
We have taken the following steps to improve accessibility:
- Designed the Platform with sufficient colour contrast ratios for text and interactive elements
- Ensured all form fields have visible labels
- Implemented keyboard navigation for all core user journeys
- Used semantic HTML to support screen readers
- Provided text alternatives for non-decorative images
- Ensured the Platform is responsive and usable on mobile devices
3. Known Accessibility Issues
We are aware of the following issues and are working to address them:
- Some older PDF documents (such as generated invoices) may not be fully accessible to screen readers
- Some complex interactive components (such as the map view on the load board) may be difficult to use with keyboard-only navigation
- Live tracking updates are not currently announced to screen reader users
